Q: What are your rental terms and conditions?

Q: Do the flowers actually look real?

A: YES!!!! We've spent thousands of dollars and countless hours sourcing only the highest quality faux florals out there. Since we are professional floral designers, we know how real flowers look, move, and feel. When purchasing faux flowers, we check things like how they feel, how they sound (no crunchy flowers here!), their petal counts, their coloring, and even the stem width and feel to ensure that our flowers are exact replicas of real flower that exists in nature.

Is the idea of a blue rose nice? Yes, but you will never see them in our designs because they don't exist in nature. The whole goal of our rental products is for them to look real, and they won't look real unless the flowers themselves look real.

 

Q: Can I come see the arches in person before I decide to rent them?

A: Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we cannot allow non-employees into our storage facility. We have invested a lot of time, money, and other resources into getting high quality images and videos of our rental products, so that you can rest assured that what you see online is what you're going to get. We will, on occasion, transport our products to vendor fairs so that couples can see the product in person. Please contact us to see if we have any upcoming fairs for you to view our products at.

 

Q: Do you rent other items such as bouquets and centerpieces?

A: No, we are a fresh floral design company first. Although our faux florals are the highest quality you can get, there is just something about being up close with something that only nature can provide. It is so magical when a bride smells her bridal bouquet for the first time, or when a guest leans in to smell a centerpiece in front of them. We don't want to take that small luxury away from anyone. 

 

Q: If you love fresh florals so much, then why offer some faux florals and not others?

A: Many couples crave the pinterest worthy wedding, but the high costs prevent them from doing it. Real flower arches are beautiful and some of our favorite things to design and create, but they cost $3-5,000 on average, are incredibly labor intensive (It takes a team of at least three people to build one on-site the day of the wedding), and they can really only be used once. 
Although our rental products actually cost MORE for us to make than fresh floral installations, we are able to make them much more affordable since we can use the same arches over and over. 
In addition, when renting one of our pieces, couples know exactly what they're going to look like, and we can guarantee that they are going to continually look good on the day, regardless of the weather or the length of time they are stood there for. 

Q: If I rent an arch from Taylor Alyse Floral Co, do I have to use you as my Fresh Flower florist as well?

A: Nope! (Kind of). If you're wanting to make or provide your own bouquets and centerpieces, that's totally fine with us. However, something to be aware of- many professional floral designers (Taylor Alyse Floral Co. included) have exclusivity agreements built into their contracts that prevent you from providing any other florals, real or fake, from any other source on your big day. This is because professional floral designers are artists who are curating an overall look for your event, and we cannot guarantee consistency unless the work is 100% our own. Besides, our bread and butter really is our fresh bouquets and arrangements, so we think you should really consider hiring us for both!

Q: If I rent from you, but opt to use a different fresh flower florist, can you provide me with a list of flowers that are used in your designs so that they can match?

A: Absolutely! Send us an email (TaylorAlyseFloral@gmail.com) including your name, rental date, and the names of your rental items and we will get the list right over to you.

 

Q: Can you add some fresh florals to the arches and/or aisle pieces for my event so that they smell real too?

A: Yes! Contact us for a customized quote. 

 

Q: Can I customize the colors on the arches?

A: We are happy to add a few faux flowers in the color(s) of your choosing to match the overall style of your event, for a fee. Please contact us for a customized quote.

 

Q: Do you do fully custom rentals?

A: At this time we are unable to do fully custom rentals; however, we are happy to discuss with you the option of doing a fresh flower installation that is 100% tailored to your big day.

Q: Can we move the rental products after our ceremony to decorate our reception space?

A: We are happy for you to move the aisle flowers to your reception as long as it is at the same location. The pieces are not to leave the location that they were delivered to. Any damage to aisle pieces caused from improper care and handling will be charged immediately to your card on file.

Due to liability issues, no one other than the trained staff of Taylor Alyse Floral Co is allowed to move our pillars and arches. They are bulky, difficult to move, and can easily be damaged OR damage something else during the move. If you are wanting to move your rental from your ceremony to your reception site, please contact us so we can provide you a quote for us to come back and move them for you.

 

Q: Which wedding venues get free delivery?

Q: Where is your studio located?

A: We work out of Taylor's home studio, so we cannot share the exact location, but it is near Portland Avenue and NW 192nd in Oklahoma City/Edmond. 

 

Q: How much will delivery be to my venue?

A: It is free for these venues, or within a 20 mile radius of our studio. We charge $4.00 per mile outside of our 20 mile radius. Please send us an email (TaylorAlyseFloral@gmail.com) with your venue information so that we can provide you with an exact price.
